WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

I usually frost the majority of my cakes/desserts with a light buttercream frosting using my favorite sugar free chocolate from Choczero . This time I wanted to try to mix it with a similar variation of my cream cheese frosting. Now we got, a yummy white chocolate cream cheese frosting!

not too sweet! Perfectly paired together with fresh strawberries!

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz (1 block of cream cheese softened)

1/2 stick of butter (softened or 1/4 cup)

6 oz of sugarfree white chocolate (melted)

1 cup of powdered sugar alternative (I sifted this before mixing with all ingredients) - can add more to adjust sweetness
