ABOUT ME...

I’m a wife, a mom of 2, and I’ve lost over 65 pounds on the Ketogenic diet.

I’m no chef and if I can find a dish that doesn’t require too many ingredients, even better! If I can make it all in one pan or pot for less dishes, even better!

I have NEVER felt deprived of food (no starving here!) and it’s always best to stick to a ‘diet’ that is sustainable. It’s been fun trying to keto-fy my favorite foods and make yummy low carb and ‘zero sugar’ meals, sweets, and snacks for me and my family.
