IT’S EASY TO GET LOST IN THE ONLINE WORLD WITH LOTS OF INFORMATION OUT THERE.

  1. KEEP THINGS SIMPLE

When thinking about what to eat, think:

  • pick a PROTEIN - beef, chicken, eggs, fish, pork, pork, etc.

  • pick a VEGGIE (or 2) - be sure these are ‘low carb’ veggies

  • add FAT- butter, cheeses, oils, mayonnaise, nuts don’t be scared of fats; fats will keep you feeling full longer
