Beef Shorts Ribs (Korean BBQ) at home!!!

I miss the days when we could go to an All You Can Eat Restaurant - things are slowly starting to open up, but it’s still not the same experience as it was before. Like always, I’m all for recreating it at home.

Here’s an easy way to marinade your meats at home while still sticking to keto, low carb, and keeping it “sugar free.”

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp chopped ginger

1 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos

1 cup water

1/2 cup brown sugar alternative

3-4 pounds of beef short ribs

optional: sliced green onions/scallions or Thai Chili Paste if you want some heat and spice

DIRECTIONS:

Mix garlic, ginger, aminos, water, and brown sugar alternative together. Toss in and massage meat with marinade. Marinade for atleast 30 minutes before throwing onto grill.

I seriously LOVE my Ninja Foodie XL Grill! It’s an indoor grill and an air fryer! It’s so smart that it shuts off when food is cooked to your doneness/liking. I don’t have to worry about undercooking or overcooking food.

For these Korean BBQ ribs, I set it on high for 10 minutes and they were done!
