CRUNCHY CHEESE SHELL OMELETTE
Spruce up your breakfast by making this easy CRUNCHY CHEESY SHELL OMELETTE.
Usually I use shredded cheese (you can use any kind of shredded cheese-mozzarella, cheddar, 4 cheese blend, etc.), but this was my first time using the Parmesan Folio cheese wraps.
Which one do I prefer? I’ll use whatever I have on hand. I noticed the Folio cheese wraps do not come out as oily as using shredded cheese but in the end, you will get the same perfect crunchy texture!
Some tips:
Be patient! Wait until those edges crisp up before folding.
I like my eggs runny. If you want your egg cooked, you can cover the cooking pan with a lid or you can pour a ‘scrambled’ egg over the cheese.
Use leftover meats or veggies to fill up omelette- this is a great way to ‘clean’ out the fridge or make leftovers taste even better!
