COPYCAT CHICK-FIL-A NUGGETS

FOR THE CHICKEN:

1 lb chicken breast- cut up into nugget size

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp onion powder (I used Ms Dash onion and herb mix because I didn’t have just onion powder by itself)

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste

coconut/avocado oil to fry

 

FOR THE SAUCE:

2 tbsp mayo

2-3 drops of sweetener (I used stevia drops)

2 tbsp of sugar free bbq sauce

dash/sprinkle of paprika

1/4 tsp of apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp yellow mustard
