WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP MACADAMIA COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

Dry Ingredients:

2.5 cups almond flour

1/2 cup sugar alternative

dash of salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup sugar free white chocolate chips (Letsbakebelieve white chocolate chips can be found at Walmart. You can also purchase white chocolate chips from ChocZero - use ketomommymell for 10% off). ChocZero is my favorite kind of chocolate!

1/2 cup macadamia nuts chopped in half

Wet ingredients:

1/2 cup melted butter

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

Combine dry ingredients and mix well.

Combine wet ingredients and mix well.

Combine dry and wet ingredients. Section out cookies and flatten cookies (Don’t keep them in a ball or rounded).

Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes: bottom edges will begin to brown

Makes approximately 20 cookies.

It’s suggested to add Letsbakebelieve white chocolate chips the last few minutes of baking or right on top once they are out of the oven (it worked well for me to bake with them).

This recipe can be used as a cookie base to add any of your other favorite toppings/flavors. Just switch out chocolate chips/nuts and vanilla extract with any other flavor drops you have.
