KETO HERSHEY’S SUNDAE PIE (REESE’S PIE)
OUR FAMILY LOVES CHOCOLATE!
We were once guilty of ordering (by the dozen) Burger King their Hershey’s Sundae Pies and their Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pies! Not just a one time thing, but MANY times! And sometimes, just the pies itself (for all those late night cravings!). We were addicted to them!
Now we can have them again- keto, low carb, and sugarfree style!
What’s even better… these are NO BAKE pies!

INGREDIENTS:
CRUST:
2 cups of Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Keto Cereal
3/4 stick of melted butter (you can use more or less butter as you press these two together in your pie pan)
CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
4 oz room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup So Nourished powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE LAYER:
1 package of Simply Delish Chocolate pudding with 3 cups heavy whipping cream
TOPPINGS:
ChocZero sugarfree chocolate syrup
ChocZero Peanut Butter Cups - for peanut butter cup pie
DIRECTIONS
Crush up Catalina Crunch cereal. I used a Ninja Bullet
4. Blend heavy whipping cream with the package of chocolate pudding. I used a Ninja Bullet- blend until it becomes thick.
*I used two pie tart dishes so I could make two different flavors (the son is allergic to peanuts so I wanted to separate them) Eventually I just stacked them on top of each other and added the peanut butter cups after. Use a regular pie dish and you’ll have plenty for nice thick slice of pie.
7. Drizzle sugar free chocolate syrup in any way and feel free to add more cream cheese filling to decorate or design your pie.
8. If you want to make this a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup pie- add some sugar free ChocZero peanut butter cups! If you’re a peanut butter lover, add a spoon of peanut butter to your cream cheese mix.
