SUGAR FREE HAZELNUT FILLED CUPCAKES

A perfect way to dress up or turn any kind of vanilla cake mix into something fun and delicious!

When we aren’t making cakes, we’re making cupcakes because they’re perfectly portioned out and they made it easy to just grab and go!

I loooooooooove Nutella! If you’re missing out on Nutella while sticking to a low carb/keto or sugar free diet, this is a must you’ll want to have in your pantry!

You can easily fill your cupcakes with frosting, or any other types of spreads or jams of your choice. Here’s how:

  1. Prepare cake mix as directed. For this recipe I used 1 ketoandco vanilla cake mix. Their mix will make 9 cupcakes.

4. Cut a hole on the top of each cupcake using a corer. Be sure to save the cupcake core.

5. Fill 1-2 teaspoons with chocolate hazelnut spread (or filling of your choice).

6. Place cupcake core back into the hole and press down

Or you can trim and eat the core so when sliced in half, the cupcake has a nice circular fill.
