CRAB CAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb of crab meat (lump crab meat works best!)

1 egg

1 tbsp old bay seasoning

1 tbsp parsley flakes

1 tbsp braggs/coconut aminos

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients together.

Fold the ingredients together slowly- you do not want the crab meat to break apart.

Form crab patties.

*Best to refrigerate patties for atleast 30 minutes before frying so they can help keep their shape and not fall apart.

Fry in avocado or coconut oil until golden and crispy.
