CHEESE SHELL TACOS

I could eat these everyday! Cheese shells taste waaaaaay better than corn/flour shells to me. The perfect kind of crunch in every bite!

All you need is shredded cheese!

HOW TO COOK CHEESE SHELLS:

1. Place cheese on frying pan.

2. Make sure edges are crisp - if it’s not ready yet, it’ll be hard to grab. Be patient!

3. Feel for edges and carefully use spatula to turn cheese over.

4. Hang cheese over spatula and let it cool to keep shape.

5. Fill taco shell with choice of meat, add sour cream, guacamole, more cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, hot sauce, and all the fixings!
