GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES

71 Never Looked So Good! Every celebration needs some type of cake!
I present to you a graham cracker flavored cake layered with fresh diced strawberries and my homemade white chocolate cream cheese frosting.
For this cake- I used 2 boxes of Swerve Vanilla Cake Mix. I subbed out the vanilla extract (simply because I ran out), and replaced it with Sweet Life Flavor Company graham cracker flavoring (30 drops for each cake).
I used (2) 7 inch round cake pans for one cake mix box and (1) 9 inch round cake pan to make this a 3 layer cake.
Bottom layer: cake- then spread white chocolate cream cheese frosting and top with diced strawberries
Middle layer: 1st smaller round cake- then spread white chocolate cream cheese frosting and top with strawberries
Top layer: 2nd smaller round cake- then spread white chocolate cream frosting on top, another layer of strawberries and put white chocolate dipped strawberries around.
Still trying to work on my frosting game but looks good to me! ;)
