Happy 4th Birthday to the little guy who officially made me a mommy!

When I asked my son what kind of cake he wanted, he said a “monster truck cake!” “Made by mommy!”

GoodDees yellow snack cake mix

Homemade cream cheese recipe (see recipe under Sauces/Frosting) dyed green

Sugarfree chocolate chips made into a ganache using heavy whipping cream and coconut oil (if you put it in the fridge, it turned into a nice crunchy hard shell fudge chocolate on top of the cake!)

Topped with HighKeySnacks brownie mix dumped on as “dirt”
