1/12/2019. I’m starting this time FOR ME.
No exercising yet. Starting Keto and Intermittent Fasting (16 hours)
MY 4 MONTH UPDATE

My 4 month transformation! It hasn’t been easy, but it definitely has been worth it!
For the past 4 months, I stayed disciplined focusing on what I ate, tried keto-fying my regular/favorite meals, made sure I ate keto at restaurants, planned/prepped my snacks/food ahead of time so I wouldn’t go off track, checked and read all labels looking at sugar and carb content, and even said “no thank you” when treats/sweets/foods that were non-keto were served or offered to me.
Saying “no” has been the hardest because I’ve been trained to always ‘try it’ to be polite.
2019 was a year of change

2019 was a year of change! I decided it was TIME to focus on ME. I learned A LOT about myself, habits, and my needs and wants with food.
I used every excuse in ‘the book of excuses’ when it came to losing weight and exercise.
I failed in the past (plenty of times!) and I figured, no need to do it ALL (exercise and diet), why not focus on just ONE thing, food! We all gotta eat! It’s true; abs are made in the kitchen! (Mine are somewhere under there).
I found the time to focus on food, cooking, baking, trying out new recipes, and worked on taking out all the “bad” stuff- refined carbs and sugar!
I would have never imagined I would be meeting some of the best #ketofriends who turned into real friends and family ❤️❤️❤️!!! My kids and hubby became the best supporters, cheerleaders, and enjoyed being food tasters!
My love for exercise and fitness came back again and moving around and chasing the kids around became easier! No more huffing and puffing!
I’m excited for 2020! Make your 2020 the best to come; no more excuses and make it the time to focus on yourself! You deserve it!
