CHEESE BREAD/ QUICHES
Call these whatever you want… Cheese bread or Quiches!
These make for a great quick and easy breakfast or for a great snack to grab during the week.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Optional: bacon bits, jalapenos, pepperoni, veggies, top with different cheeses (pepperjack, 4 cheese blend or any other of your favorite cheese)
DIRECTIONS:
MIX all ingredients together.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
Be sure to grease your baking sheet or muffin tins!
